Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Free Shipping: Shipping within India is free.
  • Courier Partners: We ship through reputed courier services.
  • Processing & Dispatch:
    • Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days.
  • Delivery Timeline: Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–10 business days depending on the destination.
  • Partial Shipments: To avoid delays, we may ship items individually as soon as they are ready.
  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be shared via email/SMS.
  • Delays: If any item is out of stock or delayed, we will contact you. You may choose to wait, select an alternative, or opt for a refund/store credit.

International Shipping

  • Worldwide Delivery: We ship internationally via reputed courier partners.
  • Processing & Dispatch:
    • Standard products are dispatched within 15–20 business days.
  • Delivery Timeline: Additional transit time may apply depending on the destination country.
  • Duties & Taxes:
    • Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or local charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
    • These charges vary by country and must be paid to release your order from customs.
    • Our delivery partners may pay duties on your behalf, which can be settled directly with them.
  • Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.
  • Payments: Only prepaid international orders are accepted. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders.
  • Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy – India Only

  • COD is available for orders up to ₹30,000.
  • For COD orders above ₹30,000, partial or full advance payment may be required through a secure payment link shared from our official email ID.
  • COD orders exceeding ₹30,000 without advance payment will be automatically canceled if payment is not received within 24 hours.
  • COD is not available for international orders.

Packaging & Delivery Conditions

  • All products are carefully packed in protective packaging to ensure safe delivery.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
