• Returns: We do not offer returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.

  Returns accepted within 7 days. Unboxing video is mandatory for return approval.

• Exchanges: You may request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery by writing to support@ikatan.in with images and order details.
• Conditions: Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags intact.
• Exclusions: Minor irregularities or color differences are not considered defects.
• Refunds: Approved exchanges will be processed within 7–10 business days.
