Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, each piece is carefully created and may carry slight variations that add to its uniqueness and authenticity.

Returns

• We do not offer returns unless the product received is defective or damaged upon delivery.
• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• An unboxing video is mandatory for all return approvals.

Exchanges

• Exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
• To request an exchange, please email us at support@ikatan.in along with:
  • Order details
  • Clear product images
  • Reason for exchange

Conditions for Approval

• Products must be unused and unwashed.
• Items must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Minor irregularities, weaving variations, or slight color differences are not considered defects, as these are inherent characteristics of handcrafted textiles.

Refunds & Processing

• Approved exchange or refund requests will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refund timelines may vary depending on the original payment method and banking partner.
